Delft is a historic city with a rich
history. Chiefly known
for its Delft Blue porcelan, it was the birth place of the
famous dutch painter Jan Vermeer. The historic centre with its many pictoresque
channels is partly closed to motorized traffic.

How to reach the university
The university can be reached by bus (lines 121, 129) which departs
in front of the railway station. Tickets can be purchased at the railway
station. The walking distance to the university is 20 min.
